DESCRIPTION

T1000F is an Industrial-Robot from THIRA Robotics. It is built for Construction, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 580 kg, 480 min runtime, 1000 kg payload.

The T1000F is THIRA Robotics' rugged version of its 1-tonne AMR, designed for rough construction sites and rated for indoor and outdoor use, with a taller 650 mm chassis and remote-control or joystick manual driving. It measures 1,900 x 1,300 mm with a height of 650 mm (985 mm with controller), weighs 580 kg and drives at up to 0.9 m/s. Like THIRA's other AMRs it is built for imperfect sites, driving on rough floors and through water and oil spills, and its safety system combines two SICK nanoScan3 safety laser scanners giving 360-degree protection and bumpers, plus a ZED2 camera for following a worker. A 1.89 kWh (40 Ah at 48 V) lithium-ion battery gives about 8 hours of operation and charges from 10 to 90% in about 2 hours; the robot is rated IP21 for use indoors and outdoors at 5°C to 40°C, communicates over Wi-Fi with REST, ROS 1, ROS 2, MQTT interfaces and is managed through the THIRA FMS fleet system.
