ROBOTAIGEEK TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

• “RobotAIGeek”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to RobotAIGeek Pte. Ltd., Singapore
• “User”, “you” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, data, code, links, reviews, comments, or other materials submitted, posted, or displayed on the Platform.
• “Forum” refers to the community discussion areas of RobotAIGeek.
• “Services” refers to all features, tools, databases, forums, and offerings provided through the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

RobotAIGeek is a community-driven knowledge and discussion platform focused on AI, robotics, automation, and related technologies.

All Content is provided for general information, discussion, and community engagement only.

Nothing on RobotAIGeek constitutes, or should be relied upon as:

• professional advice,
• legal, financial, engineering, medical, safety, or regulatory advice, or
• a substitute for independent evaluation, testing, or professional consultation.

You acknowledge that you rely on any information obtained through the Platform entirely at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be a legal human individual or a duly authorised representative of a legal entity to register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
• You agree not to impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or allow unauthorised access to your account.

RobotAIGeek may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User Content and Licence

By submitting or posting Content on RobotAIGeek, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the Content or have the legal right to share it, and
• the Content does not infringe intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your Content.
However, by posting Content, you grant RobotAIGeek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt (for formatting or technical purposes), and otherwise use the Content for:

• operating and maintaining the Platform,
• community and educational purposes,
• moderation, safety, and integrity,
• internal analytics and improvement, and
• non-misleading promotional or illustrative purposes related to RobotAIGeek.

This licence survives termination of your account with respect to Content already posted.

5. Content Accuracy and Integrity

RobotAIGeek relies in part on user-contributed data.

You agree to:

• provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge,
• avoid intentionally misleading, manipulative, or false submissions,
• clearly disclose conflicts of interest where relevant.

RobotAIGeek does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated Content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harassing content,
• impersonate individuals, companies, or authorities,
• distribute malware, malicious code, or exploit vulnerabilities,
• scrape, harvest, or automate data extraction without authorisation,

• engage in undisclosed commercial promotion or deceptive practices.

Violations may result in moderation actions, suspension, or termination.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

RobotAIGeek reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• edit, hide, or remove Content,
• close or restrict discussions,
• limit, suspend, or terminate accounts,
• take any action deemed necessary to protect the Platform, community, or legal interests.

RobotAIGeek is not obligated to pre-screen Content.

Moderation may be carried out by volunteer moderators on a best-efforts basis. Such moderation does not create any duty of care, employment, agency, or liability for RobotAIGeek or the moderators.

8. Marketplace and Third-Party Transactions

Where the Platform enables peer-to-peer listings or interactions:

• RobotAIGeek acts solely as a venue and is not a party to transactions.
• All transactions occur at the users’ own risk.
• RobotAIGeek makes no guarantees regarding hardware safety, functionality, delivery, or compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its structure, databases, branding, logos, and proprietary arrangements, is the intellectual property of RobotAIGeek Pte. Ltd. or its licensors.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, harvest, or reuse Platform content or data for commercial purposes,
• use Platform data to train external AI models,
• reproduce proprietary elements without prior written consent.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

RobotAIGeek does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, practices, or policies.
Access to third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

RobotAIGeek disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Content,
• uninterrupted or error-free operation,
• suitability for any particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RobotAIGeek shall not be liable for user-generated Content,
• RobotAIGeek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages,
• RobotAIGeek shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on Content, third-party interactions, or hardware/software outcomes.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

13. No Employment, Agency, or Partnership

Participation in RobotAIGeek, including acting as a moderator or contributor, does not create any employment, contractor, partnership, fiduciary, or agency relationship with RobotAIGeek.
