Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about the RobotAIGeek platform, our data, and how to contribute.

What is RobotAIGeek?

RobotAIGeek is a robotics discovery platform. We maintain a catalog of robots and the companies that make them — with specifications, photos, videos, and pricing where available — alongside robotics news, articles, market trends, and a community forum. It is built for buyers, researchers, and enthusiasts who want to find, compare, and follow robots in one place.

Is RobotAIGeek free to use?

Yes. Browsing the robot catalog, company profiles, news, and articles is completely free. Creating a free account also lets you rate and review robots, bookmark favorites, join forum discussions, and submit content.

Where does the robot data come from?

Listings are researched from manufacturer websites, official specification sheets, product documentation, and press materials. The sources used for each robot are shown on its page, and every listing passes through editorial review before it is published.

How is the data verified?

Every specification value carries a source indicator showing whether it comes from the manufacturer or a third party. Listings are additionally checked by an AI verification pass and human review before publication, and manufacturers can confirm their own robot’s data — confirmed listings carry a maker-confirmed badge.

Why don’t some robots show a price?

Many manufacturers do not publish pricing. We only show a price when it has been publicly listed by the maker or a verifiable source — we never estimate. Where no price is public, you can use the Enquire button on the robot’s page to request current pricing.

How do I enquire about a robot?

Use the Enquire button on any robot page to send an enquiry about pricing, availability or anything else. You can include several robots in a single enquiry if you are comparing options.

How do I compare robots?

Every robot page has a Compare button, or you can open the compare tool directly to view robots side by side — specifications, pricing, and ratings in one table.

Can I add my company’s robots to RobotAIGeek?

Yes. Manufacturers are welcome — create a free account and submit your robot, or contact us for help listing a larger catalog. Submissions go through editorial review before publishing, and once listed you can confirm your robot’s specifications to receive the maker-confirmed badge.

Can I contribute news, articles, or videos?

Yes. Registered members can submit robotics news, articles, and videos. All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before publication.

How do I report an error or get in touch?

If you spot an inaccuracy in a listing or have any other question, reach us through the contact page. We correct verified errors quickly.
