DESCRIPTION
L200 is an Industrial-Robot from THIRA Robotics. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 134 kg, 480 min runtime, 200 kg payload.
The L200 is THIRA Robotics' L-series autonomous mobile robot for roll containers and carts, moving loads of up to 200 kg; its low build (170 mm ground clearance, 180 mm in the elevator version) lets it work with the low carts customers already use, without replacing them. It measures 1,192 x 614 mm with a height of 1,200 mm, weighs 134 kg and drives at up to 1.3 m/s. Like THIRA's other AMRs it is built for imperfect sites, driving on rough floors and through water and oil spills, and its safety system combines two SICK TiM571 laser scanners covering the front and rear, an Intel RealSense D435 3D camera and two proximity sensors that check the cargo above. A 1 kWh (40.8 Ah at 25.2 V) lithium-ion battery gives about 8 hours of operation and charges from 10 to 90% in about 2 hours; the robot is rated IP21 for use indoors at 5°C to 40°C, communicates over Wi-Fi with REST, ROS 1, MQTT interfaces and is managed through the THIRA FMS fleet system (compliance: CE approval pending).
