WObit MOBOT AGV eRunner MW autonomous mobile robot

DESCRIPTION

MOBOT AGV eRunner MW is an Industrial-Robot from WObit. It is built for Heavy-Load-Transportation, Intralogistics, Material-Handling. Key figures: 120 kg, 480 min runtime, 200 kg payload.

The MOBOT AGV eRunner MW is a compact omnidirectional robot from WObit's MW range: four brushless DC servo motors drive 156.5 mm Mecanum wheels, letting it move in any direction and turn on the spot, and loads or top modules such as a roller conveyor are fastened to its top with four M8 screws, for up to 200 kg. A 32 Ah/48 V lithium-ion battery (optionally two) gives about 8 hours at full load and recharges in about 1.5 hours (3.5 hours for two batteries), manually or by automatic contact charging. It navigates with WObit's LMS laser mapping system - building a map of its surroundings and locating itself on characteristic points such as walls, without reflectors or floor markings - combined with a vision system that can follow a line and position the robot precisely; missions are configured in the MOBOT RoutePlanner software and dispatched from a control terminal over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with Ethernet/Modbus TCP and other I/O for integration. Safety laser scanners make it slow down or stop for obstacles, and a touch operator panel, emergency stops and light and sound signals support work alongside people. It drives at up to 3.5 km/h, uses two line-tracking vision systems and two safety laser scanners, is rated IP30 for 5-45 C, measures 825 x 546 x 401 mm and weighs about 120 kg.
