The MOBOT AGV CubeRunner 2 is WObit's cart-transport robot: it drives under a cart and attaches to it with two automatic pins, moving a cart and load of up to 200 kg in total. Two 85 Ah/12 V traction batteries in a quick-change cassette give about 8 hours at full load and recharge in about 3 hours, with an optional battery charging station and automatic contact charging. It navigates with WObit's LMS laser mapping system - building a map of its surroundings and locating itself on characteristic points such as walls, without reflectors or floor markings - combined with a vision system that can follow a line and position the robot precisely; missions are configured in the MOBOT RoutePlanner software and dispatched from a control terminal over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, with Ethernet/Modbus TCP and other I/O for integration. Safety laser scanners make it slow down or stop for obstacles, and a touch operator panel, emergency stops and light and sound signals support work alongside people. It drives at up to 3 km/h on two BLDC motors with 250 mm wheels, uses two line-tracking vision systems and two safety laser scanners, is rated IP30 for 5-45 C, measures 900 x 606 x 476 mm and weighs about 220 kg.
