DESCRIPTION
MOBOT AFL3 is an Industrial-Robot from WObit. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 210 kg, 480 min runtime, 300 kg payload.
The MOBOT AFL3 is WObit's compact autonomous single-fork lifting trolley, carrying loads of up to 300 kg on a 480 x 300 mm fork lifted 70 or 90 mm, with a 345 mm load centre and a 600 mm turning radius for tight spaces. It navigates by laser SLAM without reflectors, with millimetre-level positioning, and its safety system - a 2D safety laser scanner, a separate navigation scanner and fork-height protection - detects obstacles and prevents collisions; it is controlled from a touch operator panel with an emergency stop, signals with light and sound, charges manually or automatically, and works at 0-50 C. A pallet recognition system and 3D obstacle-avoidance scanner are optional. A 48 V/35 Ah lithium NMC battery gives about 8 hours and charges from 10 to 80% in about 1.5 hours; it reaches 1.4 m/s unloaded (0.8 m/s loaded), handles slopes under 3%, measures 914 x 400 x 1,502.5 mm and weighs about 210 kg.
