DESCRIPTION
TAGON Tugger is an Industrial-Robot from 3S Robotics. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 80 kg, 480 min runtime, 200 kg payload.
The TAGON Tugger is 3S Robotics' cart-towing AGV that automates the movement of existing manual carts in factories. It drives under a wheeled cart, automatically engages the cart with a tow pin built into its body, and pulls it to the next station, taking over repetitive transfer and return runs along fixed routes. The 800 x 540 x 310 mm, 80 kg robot tows up to 200 kg at up to 0.8 m/s with +/-10 mm driving accuracy, using a differential drive that goes forward and rotates in place, optical or magnetic guidance and 2 m obstacle detection. A 24 V, 29.6 Ah battery runs about 8 hours without load and recharges in up to 2 hours, manually or automatically, and fleets are coordinated over Wi-Fi by the ILC logistics control system.
