DESCRIPTION

DHAV is a Legged-Robots from xTerra Robotics. It is built for Research, Security, Inspection. Key figures: 19.5 kg, 120 min runtime, 12 degrees of freedom.

DHAV is xTerra Robotics' next-generation autonomous quadruped, built in India for security and surveillance, construction and industrial inspection. Twelve of xTerra's own quasi-direct-drive actuators - up to 80 Nm at the knee - carry it at about 12 km/h, up 45-degree slopes and over 30 cm steps, with up to 10 kg of payload while walking. For autonomy it combines a 360-degree 3D LiDAR, a stereo depth and RGB camera and an IMU with an NVIDIA Jetson navigation computer and a separate locomotion computer, and exposes ROS2, Python and C++ SDKs. Operators can drive it with an RF joystick or long-range web teleoperation, and an 18 x 30 cm rail plate with Ethernet, USB and 12/24 V power takes mission payloads. The aluminium-framed robot measures 75 x 30.5 x 44 cm and weighs 19.5 kg. A quick-swap 504 Wh battery gives at least two hours of operation and charges in 90 minutes. xTerra has opened pre-sales.
