DESCRIPTION
The Ti5 T170A is the company's full-size bipedal humanoid: a 48 kg platform with 44 active degrees of freedom driven by 32 harmonic joint motors, a 1.5 m arm span and end-effector repeatability of 0.3 mm or better. Each arm handles 3 kg, and the dexterous hands offer six active degrees of freedom — the standard trim ships Ti5's TH-RH-1-L/R hands with 0.5 kg hand payload, while the flagship upgrades to high-precision hands rated at 3 kg. A 48 V 10 Ah battery powers it, CAN/EtherCAT drives the joints at 18-bit encoder resolution, and compute runs on a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB in standard trim or a Jetson AGX Orin 64GB developer kit in flagship, which also adds twin six-axis force sensors and a RealSense D435 depth camera.
