DESCRIPTION
Elf3 is BXI Robotics' medium-sized high-dynamic humanoid — a 145 cm, 35-40 kg biped with 31 degrees of freedom split as 7 per arm and 6 per leg, built on the company's own hollow-shaft planetary joint motors. Hip and knee joints peak at 150 Nm while shoulder and elbow reach 50 Nm and the wrist 25 Nm, giving it a 5 m/s top speed and a 5 kg end-effector load on over an hour of battery. Perception combines LiDAR with a depth camera, compute supports NVIDIA Jetson Thor, and the platform is open to developers. Elf3 is also BXI's ODM reference design: because only three motor sizes (85/70/50) build the whole machine, brand customers can restyle its exterior and structure around the same skeleton and reach production quickly. Running unmodified, it led the medium-sized category at the second Beijing E-Town Humanoid Robot Half-Marathon in April 2026 with a net time of 150 minutes.
