DESCRIPTION
The Ti5 T140A is the compact member of Ti5 Robot's own-brand humanoid line: a 1.4-metre, 45 kg biped with 42 degrees of freedom driven by 30 joint motors, built on the company's integrated harmonic joint modules. Each arm carries 3 kg across a 1.26 m span with end-effector repeatability of 0.3 mm or better, and the six-DoF high-precision dexterous hands add 1.5 kg of hand payload. It walks on two legs at 1 m/s, runs control and perception on a Jetson AGX Orin 64GB developer kit, and uses an aluminium-alloy structure with ABS bodywork. The flagship trim adds two six-axis force sensors at the wrists, an Intel RealSense D435 head camera, twin D405 wrist cameras and obstacle-avoidance sensing.
