DESCRIPTION
Shark 1000 is an Industrial-Robot from OKAGV. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 1000 kg payload.
The Shark 1000 is OKAGV's Shark-series differential-drive autonomous mobile robot, a low lifting platform that drives underneath trolleys, pallets, racks, boxes and trays, raises them (0-70 mm lift) and carries up to 1 t through factories and warehouses. It measures 962 x 672 x 300 mm, travels at up to 80 m/min, uses differential drive, and navigates by QR code, laser or SLAM, with +/-10 mm guidance and stopping accuracy. It reaches +/-5 mm stopping accuracy with mixed navigation and can be charged manually or automatically.\nLike the rest of OKAGV's range it runs 24 hours on a lithium battery (DC 48 V 28 Ah lithium) rated for at least 2,000 cycles with automatic charging, climbs gradients up to 4 degrees, and is protected by a laser obstacle sensor with an adjustable 0-180 degree, 0-3 m field, front and rear bumpers and emergency stops; it is designed for indoor use at 0-40 C and a 10-year lifespan.
