The MR01 is the smallest autonomous mobile robot in MOBYUS' range, a compact 580 x 560 x 320 mm platform that carries 80 kg and suits narrow aisles in semiconductor and electronics plants. It navigates by laser SLAM, QR codes or colour guides, alone or in hybrid, reaches 2.0 m/s and runs on a 24 V 50 Ah lithium-ion battery with a SICK TiM571 safety scanner. MOBYUS pairs it with high-precision jobs such as handling raw-material rolls in battery plants (+/-1 mm) and collaborative-robot cells with 3D vision. Like all MOBYUS AMRs it plans its own routes around obstacles without floor infrastructure, docks to within +/-5 mm and is managed with other robots and equipment by the TAMS control system.
