DESCRIPTION
MICROpremium is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The MICROpremium is IMS Robotics' house connection cutter for specialists, pairing a powerful cutter module with its fullest equipment. It reaches deposits, ingrowths and lateral connections in pipes from DN 80 to DN 250 thanks to 90-degree bendability in DN 100 and a manual and automatic creeping and climbing function, while a 100 mm axial feed lets it work without moving the cutter unit in the pipe. Pneumatic clamping units also allow use in vertical pipes. The 72 mm air-powered cutter rotates through 400 degrees and swivels about 90 degrees under a colour camera with LED lighting, and the system is run from the IMS-Touch control unit with two joysticks and a 10.1-inch multi-touch tablet with video recording, fed from a 50 m or 70 m hose drum.
