DESCRIPTION
DRIVE 4 is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The DRIVE 4 is a flexible, higher-performance successor in IMS Robotics' DRIVE family of main sewer cutting robots, built for small main sewers and sewage collectors from DN 150 to DN 400. Its self-propelled carriage, with an outer diameter of 136 mm, carries a cutting arm that rotates electrically through 400 degrees and lifts about 200 mm servo-pneumatically, to remove deposits and open inlets after liner rehabilitation. A pneumatic stabiliser improves stability and traction, an integrated colour camera with LED lighting and air cleaning gives a clear view of the work, and a reverse-driving sensor assists retrieval. The system includes a cable drum with up to 150 m of supply hose and a removable two-joystick control unit with tablet.
