DESCRIPTION
TURBO E is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The TURBO E is the electric version of IMS Robotics' TURBO main sewer cutting technology. A powerful electric milling motor with demand-dependent water cooling lets cutting work run efficiently and quietly in main line pipes from DN 250 to DN 800 inner diameter, with the milling arm rotating 440 degrees, swivelling 100 degrees and the motor swivelling a further 120 degrees. Integrated sensors show the position of the carriage, milling arm and motor, and a swivelling colour camera with LED ring, wiper and switchable cleaning nozzle shows the work. The robot is fed from an electric reel with synchronised cable routing and 100 m of cable, and can optionally run from battery packs in a truck build-out to power the unit all day with low noise.
