DRIVE E electric main sewer milling robot (DN 150-400)

DESCRIPTION

DRIVE E is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.

The DRIVE E is the electric member of IMS Robotics' DRIVE family, a milling robot developed for main sewers from DN 150 to DN 400 with an entry depth of up to 100 metres. With a slim carriage of about 122 mm outer diameter it also fits DN 150 pipes, and its electrically driven milling arm rotates through 440 degrees with a servo-pneumatic stroke of about 200 mm, offering a precise and quieter alternative to pneumatic milling robots. A pressure bar on top of the carriage provides stability and traction, internal pressure monitoring protects the system from moisture, and an integrated colour camera with LED lighting and camera cleaning shows the work. The robot is fed from a mobile cable drum with up to 100 m of cable and controlled from a PLC touchscreen unit with HDMI display holder and two multifunction joysticks.
