DESCRIPTION
MICROlight plus is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The MICROlight plus combines everything in the MICROlight with an axial feed of about 50 mm, so deposits can be removed and lateral connections reopened after liner rehabilitation without repositioning the whole cutter. It works in house connections from DN 80 to DN 250 and bends through 90 degrees in DN 100 pipes. Its 72 mm cutter module is braced with a radial bladder, the air-powered head rotates through 400 degrees and swivels about 90 degrees, and a colour camera with LED lighting and permanent air cleaning shows the cut. It is supplied with a 30 m hose on a cable drum, a cable remote control with joystick and a 3.5-inch monitor.
