DESCRIPTION
MICROlight is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The MICROlight is the basic version of IMS Robotics' MICRO series of house connection cutters, for cutting work in lateral pipes from DN 80 to DN 250. The 72 mm cutter module is pushed into the pipe on its supply hose and braced with a radial bladder, then its cutting head rotates through 400 degrees and swivels about 90 degrees, with an air-powered motor removing deposits and opening connections. It bends through 90 degrees in DN 100 pipes, so it reaches hard-to-access places, and its colour camera with LED lighting is kept clean with permanent air. The system comes with a 30 m hose on a cable drum of about 47 kg, a cable remote control with joystick and a 3.5-inch monitor, and can be upgraded to the MICROautomatic.
