DESCRIPTION
MICROautomatic plus is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.
The MICROautomatic plus is IMS Robotics' professional house connection cutter, with a powerful air-powered motor for removing deposits and ingrowths and reopening lateral connections after liner rehabilitation in pipes from DN 80 to DN 250. A sturdy 50 m or 70 m supply hose lets it reach remote points in the line, and it adds a 100 mm axial feed, 90-degree bendability and the climbing and creeping function. The 72 mm cutter rotates through 400 degrees and swivels about 90 degrees, and its colour camera with LED lighting is cleaned with air or connectable water. It is run from a removable two-joystick control unit with a 10.1-inch multi-touch tablet and IMS video recording software, or optionally a cable remote control, fed from a drum with pneumatic and electric rotary transmission.
