MICROautomatic house connection cutting robot with creeping and climbing function

DESCRIPTION

MICROautomatic is an Industrial-Robot from IMS Robotics. It is built for Cleaning, Inspection, Remote.

The MICROautomatic is IMS Robotics' house connection cutter for particularly demanding work in laterals from DN 80 to DN 250. Its main features are an axial feed of about 100 mm and a manual or automatic creeping and climbing function, in endless or single cycles, that moves the cutter through the pipe on its own, together with 90-degree bendability in DN 100 pipes. The 72 mm air-powered cutter rotates through 400 degrees and swivels about 90 degrees, and its colour camera with LED lighting is cleaned with permanent air or optional water. It comes with a 30 m hose on a cable drum with pneumatic rotary joint (about 55 kg), which can be extended by a further 30 m, a cable remote control with joystick and a 3.5-inch monitor.
