DESCRIPTION

The LeadIn D1 is Li-Gong's full-size bipedal humanoid, developed in-house and built for rapid commercial mass production. It stands 180 cm, weighs 86 kg and carries 29 whole-body degrees of freedom with a maximum joint torque of 330 Nm, using highly biomimetic skeletal and muscular configurations for precise motion control. Its arms lift 42 kg together and 12 kg individually, it travels at 1 m/s and runs three hours or more per charge. A depth camera fused with AI vision algorithms handles environmental perception, obstacle avoidance and object grasping, while Li-Gong's own RCU robot controller runs the machine and a multi-device app allows control from smartphone, remote, tablet or desktop with high-definition video. Li-Gong positions it for precision component manufacturing, laboratory research and commercial services.
