DESCRIPTION
The Hypertron T01 is Astrall Dynamics' heavy-payload wheel-legged quadruped, and its numbers are unusual for a machine of 82 kg: 80 kg of continuous working payload and up to 200 kg standing. Wheels on the ends of articulated legs are what make that possible — the robot rolls at up to 7 m/s across flat ground, then walks when the terrain stops cooperating, clearing 25 cm stairs, 90 cm obstacles and 45-degree slopes. The joints are the company's own integrated axial-flux motor modules rated 50 N·m continuous and 300 N·m peak, with dual 17-bit encoders. A 66.6 V 30 Ah nickel-cobalt-manganese pack runs it beyond eight hours unloaded. Perception is deliberately heavy for the class: two 192-line LiDAR units covering a 360° by 90° field at 10 Hz to 30 m, plus a 1280×800 depth camera working from 1 cm to 20 m. IP67 sealing and a -20 °C to 55 °C range put it in rainstorms, tunnels and petrochemical plants, and an expansion deck carries 12 V and 20-48 V power rails, dual RS485, dual CAN and dual gigabit Ethernet for mission payloads.
