DESCRIPTION
G4T4-AMC is an Industrial-Robot from GER4TECH. It is built for Machine-Tending, Material-Handling, Pick-and-place. Key figures: 50 kg payload, 1418 mm reach.
The G4T4-AMC (Autonomous Mobile Cobot) is GER4TECH's fusion of a collaborative robot arm and an autonomous mobile robot: it drives itself between workstations and machine tools, switches from one job to the next and carries material on the way, opening new options for handling and logistics automation. Its use cases are loading and unloading machine tools, transporting raw material and finished parts, pick-and-place and warehouse picking, and it is certified for personnel safety so it can work around people. The standard vehicle carries up to 50 kg - a 600 x 400 x 150 mm Euro box - on an active load-handling device and runs on four 21 Ah / 24 V lithium iron phosphate batteries. On top sits a FANUC CRX-10iA/L cobot with 1,418 mm reach and a 10 kg payload, fitted with a SCHUNK Co-act EGP-C collaborative gripper, a quick-change system, a pneumatic package for zero-point clamping and vacuum grippers, and optional FANUC iRVision 2D cameras that calibrate the arm to each machine. An inductive 3 kW charging station recharges the batteries from 0 to 100 percent in about 60 minutes without contacts, and fleet management with localisation, path planning and a web GUI is licensed monthly under a maintenance contract.
