DESCRIPTION
Esalat 600 is a Mobile-Robots from Esatroll. It is built for Material-Handling, Transport, Bilateral-fork LGV that stores and retrieves pallets on shelves up to 6 m.
Esalat 600 is a counterbalanced automatic vehicle with bilateral forks and ANT laser navigation that stores open pallets of up to 1,200 x 1,200 mm on shelves up to 6,000 mm high. The supervisor computer controls the production cycle and sends it loading, unloading and picking missions; after picking, lower pallets go automatically to smaller shelves. Esatroll gives its capacity as 600 kg in the heading and 700 kg in the text. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
