DESCRIPTION

Esalat 400 is a Mobile-Robots from Esatroll. It is built for Material-Handling, Transport, Trilateral-fork AGV that stores and retrieves pallets on shelves up to 4.2 m.

Esalat 400 is a counterbalanced automatic vehicle with trilateral forks and inertial navigation that stores pallets of up to 1,200 x 1,200 mm, open or closed, on shelves up to 4,200 mm high. The supervisor computer controls the whole production cycle and sends it loading, unloading and picking missions; after picking, lower pallets go automatically to smaller shelves to save space. Esatroll gives its capacity as 400 kg in the heading and 500 kg in the text. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
