EROLLER 6 is a model in Oppent's EROLLER family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. The compact EROLLER, an 85 kg vehicle with a single powered roller deck that transfers loads up to 300 kg to and from fixed conveyors.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,050 x 600 x 900 mm, weighs 85 kg without batteries and carries 300 kg nominal (350 kg maximum) on powered roller conveyor sized to the payload. It uses differential, bidirectional drive (2 x 200 W), travels at up to 1.0 m/s and climbs 5% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 6 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 50 Ah battery with 2 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
