The NarGo500FT is TWINNY's pallet-compatible autonomous mobile robot for factory automation. It uses a forklift-style loading and unloading system with forks and a pallet sensor, works with a wide range of pallet types, and can be integrated with customer systems; TWINNY supplies a matching pallet rack (750 x 1,200 x 550 mm, up to 600 kg) for pick-up and drop-off. Its safety system combines a 3D LiDAR on top for environment perception, two 2D LiDARs at opposite corners for 360-degree obstacle detection and a bumper that stops the robot on contact, with a patlite, line laser and LTE router on board. The robot measures 1,200 x 930 x 1,330 mm, handles pallets of 1,100 x 740 x 140 mm and loads up to 500 kg at up to 1.0 m/s, operates at 5-40 C over Wi-Fi and LTE, and runs up to 4 hours on a charge of under 2 hours.
