DESCRIPTION

ECART 7 / ECART 10 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 280 kg, 600 min runtime, 500 kg payload.

ECART 7 / ECART 10 is a model in Oppent's ECART family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. Four driven wheels make it omnidirectional, and besides lifting 500 kg (700 kg maximum) it can tow up to 1,200 kg. Oppent lists ECART 7 and ECART 10 as two models with the same datasheet values; ECART 10 is shown in industrial use.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,656 x 910 x 275 mm, weighs 280 kg without batteries and carries 500 kg nominal (700 kg maximum) on lift platform 1,100 x 750 mm, 100 mm stroke. It uses QUOD omnidirectional drive (4 x 600 W), travels at up to 1.2 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 10 hours on a Lithium NMC 2 x 24 V 64 Ah battery with 2.5 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 (PLd) and 2 Sick Scangrid2 (PLc) laser scanners, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
