DESCRIPTION

ECART 3 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 195 kg, 360 min runtime, 380 kg payload.

ECART 3 is a model in Oppent's ECART family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. A shorter 1,350 mm body and 1 m/s top speed make it the compact, lighter-duty ECART, carrying 380 kg (450 kg maximum).\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,350 x 630 x 350 mm, weighs 195 kg without batteries and carries 380 kg nominal (450 kg maximum) on lift platform 920 x 570 mm, 60 mm stroke. It uses diamond-layout, bidirectional drive (1 x 300 W), travels at up to 1.0 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 6 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 60 Ah (PureLead 24 V 60 Ah option) battery with 2 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, front/rear sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
