DESCRIPTION

C500-N1 is a Mobile-Robots from Esatroll. It is built for Material-Handling, Transport, AGV with a chain device that moves plastic boxes between stations.

C500-N1 is an automatic vehicle with a Smart Chain device for plastic boxes of up to 90 kg each. It has ultrasound sensors and side bumpers for safety, a 24 V battery with opportunity charging and a radio-modem link to the supervisor. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
