DESCRIPTION

The 100 t Outdoor Flatbed IGV is Lonyu AGV's intelligent guided vehicle for outdoor container and heavy-cargo transfer, rated by Lonyu to carry 100,000 kg. Lonyu designates it LY-3-100T-612-B. The model cell on its product page reads LY-3-70T-612-B, which contradicts the same page's 100,000 kg rated load and the page's own address, so the 100 t designation is the one used here. It is a bridge-drive flatbed measuring 15,300 mm long, 2,800 mm wide and 1,500 mm high, running a 12x6 wheel arrangement on low-pressure tubeless tyres with air-bag suspension. Its deck is dimensioned by container load rather than pallet count: two 20-foot containers, or a single 40-foot, 45-foot or 57-foot container, with non-standard sizes available to order. It climbs gradients of up to 10 degrees and is rated for outdoor work. Movement is described by Lonyu as forward and reverse, double-oblique, half-oblique and diagonal travel. Guidance is RTK plus INS - differential integrated navigation, inertial navigation and laser SLAM navigation combined - giving a stated navigation accuracy of plus/minus 20 mm, with an autonomous driving navigation system and chassis controller doing the driving. Perception is multi-layer: visual perception sensors, environment perception sensors and device perception sensors. It is dispatched by automatic scheduling with wireless remote control as a fallback, and Lonyu pairs it with an intelligent logistics scheduling system that it says is compatible with digital twins. Travel speed is 36 km/h. Power is a lithium iron phosphate battery quoted at six hours on a full charge, at 330 V, 570 V or 614 V, and Lonyu offers diesel or methanol range extension as an option. Charging covers manual charging, automatic charging piles and both intelligent and manual battery-swap stations. Braking is a servo electronically controlled hydraulic disc system, safety is handled by perceptual failsafe with multi-layer redundant safety control, and the vehicle is rated IP65.
