DESCRIPTION
ZALPHA-L is an Industrial-Robot from DF Automation. It is built for Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 720 min runtime, 300 kg payload.
ZALPHA-L is the low-bed body of DF Automation & Robotics' Zalpha configurable autonomous mobile robot, built to move goods around factories and warehouses with interchangeable top modules such as towing arms, hooking modules, conveyors and lifters. It is offered with laser-based natural feature navigation (TS) or magnetic strip guidance (MG), and both can use markers or magnetic tape for precise stops. The robot carries 300 kg directly on its deck, measures 1065 mm long bumper to bumper, 550 mm wide and 203 mm high, and drives at up to 1 m/s on a two-wheel differential drive that turns on the spot and runs forward and in reverse. A 25.6 V, 65 Ah LiFePO4 battery gives about 12 hours of work and recharges in about 4 hours, including automatic docking for round-the-clock operation. Two safety laser scanners, front and rear bumpers and emergency stops protect people, and it is programmed through DF's NavWiz mapping and flowchart software, has 8 inputs and 8 outputs plus a 7-inch touchscreen, and connects over dual-band Wi-Fi.
