DESCRIPTION

YMBot Type D2 is a Humanoid from Yunmu Intelligent Manufacturing. It is built for Assembly, Pick-and-place, Industrial assembly and handling. Key figures: 150 kg, 6 kg payload, 1000 mm reach, 22 degrees of freedom.

The YMBot Type D2 is the industrial upgrade of the Type D, and Yunmu is precise about what changed: it retains all of the Type D's functions but replaces the arms with a force-controlled version supporting hybrid force-position control, which is the difference between a robot that follows a path and one that can regulate how hard it presses. Everything else scales up with it. It is taller at 1,800 mm extended and folds to 1,400 mm, and heavier at about 150 kg, with a 1.5 m dual-arm span, 6 kg per arm and a 1 m dual-arm working radius. It also gains a lifting column with a 20 kg hoisting payload that runs silently, reverses and stops at any position. The chassis is two-wheel differential with autonomous charging, obstacle surmounting and slope climbing, and LiDAR mapping, navigation and obstacle avoidance, and it still moves at about 1.5 m/s. Yunmu describes the arms as embodied-intelligent, with human-like movements and genuine dual-arm collaboration.
