DESCRIPTION

Elixis is a Humanoid from Addverb Technologies. It is built for General-Automation, Material-Handling, Pick-and-place. Key figures: 75 kg, 90 min runtime, 5 kg payload, 41 degrees of freedom.

Elixis is a general-purpose humanoid robot from Addverb Technologies designed to work alongside people in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and retail, taking on repetitive, physically demanding or hazardous handling. It comes in two variants: the bipedal Elixis and Elixis-W, a wheeled version for longer routes. The biped stands 1,750 mm tall, weighs 75 kg and has 41 degrees of freedom driven by high-speed planetary BLDC actuators. Each arm carries 5 kg and ends in a five-finger dexterous hand or a parallel-jaw gripper; it walks at up to 1 m/s with a targeted 60-90 minutes of battery. Elixis-W carries 10 kg, travels at 1.5 m/s and runs for about two hours. Perception comes from four stereo depth cameras, a 3D LiDAR, two 9-axis IMUs, dual joint encoders and foot pressure sensors. An Intel i7 control unit and an NVIDIA Jetson Orin run 3D SLAM and navigation and a control stack that combines reinforcement learning, imitation learning and model predictive control, with vision-language-action (VLA) support. Six STM32 microcontrollers provide a separate safety layer.
