DESCRIPTION
YL-250F is a Mobile-Robots from GE Creative. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 160 kg, 300 min runtime, 500 kg payload.
The YL-250F is a lift-up autonomous mobile robot for prepared-food and bento factories that carries heavy loads on pallets and racks - up to 500 kg on slopes of up to 3 degrees - into refrigerators and freezers as cold as -25 C without condensation. Like the YT-350F launched alongside it, it navigates by Visual SLAM using feature points, so it keeps working as people move around and the layout changes, and adds magnetic-tape AGV guidance for stops within +/-20 mm. Large wheels on a bogie-arm suspension let it cross slopes and elevator gaps, it rides elevators and passes automatic doors through standard RFA linkage, and it returns to its station to charge automatically. The 1,156 x 921 x 249 mm robot weighs 160 kg, lifts by 50 mm, travels at up to 50 m/min (3 km/h) and runs 4 to 5 hours; a lightweight 11.7 kg aluminium rack is available.
