DESCRIPTION

TITAN is an Industrial-Robot from RoboForce. It is built for Assembly, Construction, Material-Handling. Key figures: 480 min runtime, 40 kg payload, released 2025.

TITAN is RoboForce's general-purpose AI robot for industrial 'Robo-Labor' - a modular dual-arm mobile manipulator built for dull, dirty and dangerous work, often outdoors. Rather than imitating a human, it pairs two arms and a camera head with an adjustable waist and an all-terrain base: TITAN-W rolls on wheels and TITAN-T runs on tracks for rough ground such as solar-farm construction sites. The robot stands 1.5 to 2.1 m tall, with a 600 mm lifting range at the waist, reaches 1,100 mm with each arm and handles up to 40 kg at peak with both arms, with press reports citing 1 mm accuracy. Interchangeable tools - general and heavy-duty grippers, a swage gun and a screwdriver - let it fasten, assemble, inspect, repair and move material, and a battery pack lasts about eight hours. TITAN is driven by RoboForce's own industrial foundation model. The company introduced it in May 2025, debuted it at Intersolar that year and signed its first commercial pilot, and by late 2025 reported letters of intent for more than 11,000 robots across industries.

FEATURES

  • General-purpose dual-arm AI robot for outdoor and industrial work
  • Height 1.50-2.10 m with a 600 mm vertical lifting range (modular waist)

  • 1,100 mm arm reach
  • about 1 mm accuracy (press)
  • Runtime about 8 hours per battery pack
  • operates continuously around the clock with pack swaps
  • Modular design: interchangeable hands/end-effectors (general and heavy grippers, swage gun, screwdriver), waist and base
  • All-terrain bases: TITAN-W (wheeled) and TITAN-T (tracked)
  • Runs RoboForce's industrial foundation model (RF-Net) for cross-embodiment manipulation
  • Use cases: precision fastening, assembly, maintenance and repair, inspection and monitoring, material handling
  • Target industries: utility-scale solar, manufacturing, logistics, data centres, oil and gas, construction, mining, shipping
