DESCRIPTION
CRAZY FAT is an Industrial-Robot from HITO Robotic System. It is built for Intralogistics, Machine-Tending, Material-Handling. Key figures: 300 kg, 20 kg payload, 1700 mm reach.
CRAZY FAT (model HT-VCE-10) is HITO's mobile manipulator, which mounts a robot arm on an AMR base so that picking, loading and machine-tending tasks can move between stations. The arm handles loads of up to 20 kg with a working radius of 1,700 mm, and the 800 x 545 x 800 mm, 300 kg base travels at up to 60 m/min (1 m/s). The base navigates by magnetic, optical, laser, visual, inertial or hybrid guidance with +/-10 mm guidance and parking accuracy, and is protected by anti-collision strips and laser sensors, sound-and-light alarms and an emergency stop. It is coordinated with HITO's other AMRs through the company's scheduling system.
