DESCRIPTION

SR-L Series is a Collaborative-Robot from Svaya Robotics. It is built for Assembly, Machine-Tending, Material-Handling. Key figures: 16 kg payload, 6 degrees of freedom.

The SR-L series is a family of 6-axis collaborative robot arms that Svaya Robotics designs and manufactures in-house in Hyderabad, components included. It comes in five models, SR-L3, SR-L6, SR-L10, SR-L12 and SR-L16; trade press gives the SR-L16 a 16 kg payload, and the model number appears to track payload in each case. Every joint carries a torque sensor, which allows adaptive force control and safe work alongside people, and the arms are designed for functional safety to Category 4 and PL d under ISO 13849-1:2023 and ISO 10218-1:2025. They are sealed to IP67 against dust and fluids. Operators can push and pull the arm by hand to teach a task, or move between the physical robot and a virtual model to program and fine-tune complex jobs, and the robots can be monitored and controlled remotely. The arms are software-defined and have an open hardware interface for standard end-of-arm tooling, so they can be fitted into existing lines without changing the infrastructure. Typical tasks are machine tending, assembly, material handling and inspection. Trade press quotes pose repeatability of 0.03 to 0.05 mm.
