The Smart Mixed Case Palletizer builds stable mixed pallets from cases of different sizes and weights arriving in no fixed order, as needed in distribution centres, parcel hubs and 3PL operations. Instead of a pre-calculated stacking sequence, its AI decides the best position for each case on the fly for volume and stability, so the system needs no SKU teaching and can take over part of the pre-sortation work. It stacks up to 500 items an hour, handles cases of up to 30 kg and builds pallets more than 2 m high while keeping heavy and light items stable. It integrates with the WMS without complex installation, scales as volumes grow, and is supplied as a service with hardware, software, remote reporting and helpdesk support.
