DESCRIPTION
PreciseFlex c10 is a Collaborative-Robot from Brooks Automation. It is built for Material-Handling, Pick-and-place, Machine feeding, kitting, storage and retrieval, mobile manipulation. Key figures: 44 kg, 10 kg payload, 896 mm reach, 4 degrees of freedom.
The PreciseFlex c10 is Brooks' largest four-axis PreciseFlex collaborative robot, for machine feeding, small-parts handling, kitting, storage and retrieval, sample handling and mobile applications that need more reach and payload. It has a rotary base, horizontally articulated major axes and a Z column of 500, 1,000 or 1,420 mm, giving a cylindrical work volume that reaches into racks, shelves and stacked machines. It carries 10 kg, reaches 896 mm horizontally, moves at up to 500 mm/s in the horizontal plane and 600 mm/s vertically, accelerates at up to 5,000 mm/s2 with 6 kg, and repeats to +/-0.02 mm at the tool flange. The controller is embedded in the base; it draws 100-250 W, runs below 50 dB(A), has two tool air lines and end-of-arm I/O, and weighs 44-63 kg. Brooks quotes an MTBF of 125,000 hours and a 100,000-hour design life.
