Ned3 Pro is Niryo's compact, intuitive 6-axis collaborative robotic arm for automating repetitive tasks, designed to be easy to integrate and to bring flexible, scalable automation to small production lines, labs and training lines. It carries 500 g (at 20 mm TCP) with 500 mm reach and plus or minus 0.3 mm repeatability, with Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz), 1 Gb Ethernet, USB and Bluetooth 5.0. A dual tool flange takes both Niryo's Easy Connect accessories and customers' usual tools, and it keeps the ergonomic control panel, flexible back panel for sensors and accessories, LED ring feedback and silent stepper technology of the Ned family. Niryo positions it for manufacturing tasks - pick and place, shaking, assembling, filling and labelling - for automated quality control such as defect detection, test benches and visual inspection, and for primary and secondary packaging. It is programmed without code in NiryoStudio (Blockly) with access to code for experts, supported by NiryoAcademy tutorials and a Customer Success team included in the price, and is listed at EUR 6,900 excluding duties and taxes. It also anchors Niryo's Integration Pack for teaching PLC-based training lines.
