DESCRIPTION

The MR05 is MOBYUS' mid-size autonomous mobile robot, a 1,100 x 700 x 320 mm platform rated for 500 kg. It navigates by laser SLAM, QR codes or colour guides, reaches 1.5 m/s on a 48 V 50 Ah lithium-ion battery and carries a SICK nanoScan3 or TiM571 safety scanner. MOBYUS uses it for automotive parts, battery, food and beverage (hygienic and waterproof builds) and solar plants, fitted with lift, conveyor or roller tops. Like all MOBYUS AMRs it plans its own routes around obstacles without floor infrastructure, docks to within +/-5 mm and is managed with other robots and equipment by the TAMS control system.
