DESCRIPTION

The MOVENEW P2 is MICBOT's refreshed industrial special-purpose wheeled-legged robot, and it folds explosion protection into the heavy-payload platform rather than offering it as a separate variant: the machine is certified to Ex db eb IIB T4 Gb through a three-tier defence of flameproof enclosure, increased-safety circuits and resin encapsulation, so sparking components are contained, non-sparking ones are hardened, and critical electronics are potted. Gas group IIB covers most flammable gases in petroleum and chemical work, temperature class T4 keeps surfaces below 135 °C, and equipment protection level Gb clears it for Zone 1 and Zone 2. The load figures are unchanged from the platform at 400 kg standing and 200 kg on the move, on a body of no more than 77 kg running to 3 m/s for up to twelve hours from a push-pull 72 V 3.2 kWh ternary-lithium pack. Mobility is quoted differently from its predecessor — stairs at least 900 mm wide up to a 35-degree incline, steps to 400 mm and slopes to 45 degrees. Protection beyond the Ex rating is IP67 for the body and IP68 at the wheel ends, with magnetic shielding for electrolysis plants and battery heating plus body insulation for a −40 °C cold start. Under the skin MICBOT cites flat-wire motors, cycloidal gearboxes and liquid cooling, a proprietary battery management system and a bionic skeleton algorithm for gait and balance, with up to 2,000 TOPS of edge compute.
