DESCRIPTION
The MOVENEW P1 ExR is the certified explosion-proof member of the P1 family, and Micbot claims it as the first increased-safety explosion-proof wheeled-legged robot. It carries whole-unit Ex db eb mb IIB T4 Gb certification from China's National Explosion-Proof Electrical Product Quality Inspection Center, with its sixteen increased-safety servo motors separately rated Ex eb mb IIC T5 Gb, so the machine can work inside flammable and explosive atmospheres where a spark would be catastrophic. That armour costs weight: 105 kg against the standard P1's 77, on the same 900 by 600 by 650 mm chassis in high-strength aluminium and flame-retardant engineering plastic. Performance is otherwise held — 400 kg standing and 200 kg walking payload, 0 to 3 m/s, 25 cm steps, 800 mm climbing, 45-degree slopes — running from a 48 V 40 Ah lithium-iron-phosphate pack at no more than 120 W for 12 hours unloaded or 8 under load. It localises to within 1 to 3 cm, responds at 1 kHz or better, withstands 15 g shock and 5-200 Hz vibration at 10 g, and connects over 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth. Compliance is to GB/T 3836.1, .2, .3 and .9-2021.
