DESCRIPTION
Filics Streamliner is an Industrial-Robot from Filics. It is built for Intralogistics, Lifting, Material-Handling. Key figures: 360 min runtime, 800 kg payload, released 2026.
The Filics Streamliner is an autonomous mobile robot for floor-level pallet transport in production and intralogistics. It is a double-runner system: two ultra-flat, independent robot runners operate synchronously, drive underneath a pallet, lift it from below and carry it directly, without turning, manoeuvring or repositioning. Because it enters and exits load carriers from both sides and needs only a 1.9 m diameter of free space to turn, it works in narrow aisles and blocked rows of existing brownfield sites without structural changes. The Streamliner carries up to 800 kg at up to 1.2 m/s and currently handles EPAL and H1 pallets and same-size load carriers. It navigates by laser, docks itself at its charging station (about 30 minutes for up to 6 hours of operation) and has a VDA 5050 interface. Safety follows Performance Level D to DIN EN ISO 3691-4, with laser obstacle detection over a 275-degree field of view, 360-degree sensing, Blue Spot lights and acoustic warnings. Software modules add more load carrier types (OmniCarrier), conveyor-like and block-storage flows (OmniFlow) and truck loading. The third-generation Streamliner was launched in 2026 and is built in Munich.
