DESCRIPTION

Yale Relay MO030CR Automated Counterbalanced Stacker is an Industrial-Robot from Hyster-Yale. It is built for Intralogistics, Loading, Material-Handling. Key figures: 1361 kg payload, released 2026.

The Yale Relay MO030CR is an automated counterbalanced stacker, a robotic lift truck that automates pallet transport, staging and handling. It became the second model on the Yale Relay platform when Yale unveiled it in April 2026 at MODEX. With lift heights up to 13 feet it covers both ground-level transport and vertical pallet positioning, for example picking pallets from stretch-wrapper outfeeds, conveyors, ASRS hand-off points and low- to mid-level racking. It navigates by SLAM with a 2D LiDAR. Sensors along its base catch low-lying objects, one 3D camera watches for suspended obstacles and a second checks the operator compartment so it never drives itself while someone is aboard in automatic mode. Setup means driving the truck through the site once and dropping waypoints in the Relay portal. It returns to dock for hands-free wireless charging, finds pallet pockets with cameras, reads barcodes and uses side-shifting forks. It takes tasks from a WMS or PLC, or runs simple stage-lane logic without either. The stacker is rated for 3,000 lb and travels at up to 4.5 mph. Yale builds it in-house from a standard lift-truck model using the same parts as the manual version, and Yale dealers service it.
