DESCRIPTION
EPALLET 7 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Pallet-Transportation. Key figures: 400 kg, 360 min runtime, 1200 kg payload.
EPALLET 7 is a model in Oppent's EPALLET family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. The heavy EPALLET, it moves 1,200 x 1,200 mm pallets of up to 1,200 kg (1,500 kg maximum) at up to 1.8 m/s.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,400 x 820 x 490 mm, weighs 400 kg without batteries and carries 1,200 kg nominal (1,500 kg maximum) on lift platform with pallet forks, 100 mm stroke. It uses differential, bidirectional drive (2 x 1,500 W brushless), travels at up to 1.8 m/s and climbs 3% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 6 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 100 Ah battery with 2.5 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller (Performance Level d), and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
