DESCRIPTION
ECART 2 is an Industrial-Robot from Oppent. It is built for Intralogistics, Material-Handling, Transport. Key figures: 260 kg, 600 min runtime, 500 kg payload.
ECART 2 is a model in Oppent's ECART family of autonomous mobile robots, built in Italy. Compared with ECART 1 it has a larger 1,120 x 575 mm lift platform for wider carts and is used in both hospitals and factories.\nPer its datasheet it measures 1,660 x 600 x 350 mm, weighs 260 kg without batteries and carries 500 kg nominal (700 kg maximum) on lift platform 1,120 x 575 mm, 100 mm stroke. It uses diamond-layout, bidirectional drive (1 x 700 W), travels at up to 1.4 m/s and climbs 5% slopes. It navigates naturally by laser scanner, positions to +/-10 mm and +/-1 deg and turns on its own axis, and runs about 10 hours on a LiFePO4 24 V 120 Ah (LeadGel 24 V 140 Ah or PureLead 24 V 120 Ah options) battery with 3 h recharge. Safety comes from 2 Sick S300 laser scanners, front/rear sensitive edges, 2 e-stops, Sick Flexi safety controller, and the vehicle conforms to ISO 3691-4:2020 for driverless industrial trucks.
